Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of TestBeaver (testbeaver.com) and related services, including the web app, API, and agent tooling.
1. The service
TestBeaver is a test case management product. You can create projects, suites, test cases, and runs, and use personal API tokens so agents or scripts can call the same API.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API tokens you create. Notify us if you believe your account or tokens were compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ projects or data without permission
- Disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law
- Abuse the API (e.g. excessive automated load beyond fair use)
4. Your content
You retain ownership of test cases, project data, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate TestBeaver.
5. API tokens
Personal access tokens act with your permissions. Treat them like passwords. You can revoke tokens at any time from Account settings.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may change as we improve the product.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of TestBeaver.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support options on TestBeaver once available, or raised from your account.
